peak hours changed?

now it's 7.12 AM my time (gmt + 1 i think it is)
normally (a few months ago) i was always able to login at this time very easy...

normally venice counts 3000/3003 users and sometimes there is a slot free... but now in the morning it isnt coming lower then 3006/3007

Pretty crazy actually, a lot of the old servers are fulled to the maxed. I checked rev6 and Xian is at 3013. Amazing. . .
