Attack Rating???

how much of a difference does the blue hawk and bowmanship passive make? Just curious, if it worth investing in. Thank You.

oh and adding on to the question.
wad EXACTLY does attack rating do? attack speed? physical dmg? cuts blocking chance? reduces parry ratio? more dmg?

Everyone has a range of damage they deal. You use soul spear and do the minimum, maximum, or in between. Attack rating makes you do higher damage more often. It makes you more *likely* to get high damage in your range. It does not change the damage you have the potential to deal in one hit, but good attack rating means you will probably do more damage overall with many hits.
