Really good guide. ( i never used hybrids builds, so i cant say much...about
this build, but i know its strong and interesting

, btw i am pure str blader)

The last lightning nuke of the 3rd book is lvl 86. The first nuke of the 4th book is level 90. I'd say that's enough nuking power for me (that lvl 86 lightning nuke still packs way more of a punch than any cold nuke ever could). The rest comes from lightning chain, lion shout, and KD-stab.

Timing wise, lightning nuke (lvl 90), lion shout, and lightning chain can be perfectly chained together. The 2nd lightning nuke (lvl 86) would only be needed when fighting multiple mobs (splash damage is usually way more effective than division/impotent/bleed via lightning chain).

the problem here is that you snow shield is weak, the phy buff given by cold are useless, and going armor will sacrafice a gre at deal of magic damage. Now, every chinese build, be it str or int, deals a good deal of magical damage, that is why armor is never used in pvp situations because you take the most damage. however, with euros dealing pure phy or pure mag dmg, things get tricky. No longer can you take anything, lets face it, some puiny euro is gona do the damage your weakest to, however, chinese is what counts, so i suggest staying away from armor if you can. Ice lvl 30 is just too terrible really, and the lightning nuke is the strongest nuke.

I'm gonna change to a 85% hybrid s/s after reading this

My friend argues that builds should be pure and if i wanted hybrid, i should do spear. But I strongly agree with the whole super tank/super damage idea *dur

Hmm, im planning on going hybrid to, but 83% mag, because of more hp but people are saying my damage would be seriously reduced. My char is lvl 15 =Þ, but im planning ahead, i also plan on being both spear and s/s because the spear throw is like a fast nuke, wich makes up for me not having fire, and the the petal spear can also help quite abit. So hears what im planning

80 heuksal
80 Light
80 Ice
60 Becheon

And once 90 cap comes ill de lvl becheon to 30, so i can still have KD.

Sp is not a big issue, since i already bought my sos set, just missing spear lol. So any suggestions?

Well,im new here & this is my first post,Ive noticed this thread out of all the other threads & I liked it man,its very excellent really considering a very important matter like this !! NOW,wanted to ask you a question about the build it self,not the masteries,I mean the hybriding process !! I already added my str lvls earlier before lvl 68 so now the question is,,, I added 20 lvls of str (that would be 60 full points of str),so did I screw my character or is it still good !!! coz I dont know wether to go spear or s/s ??!!! I went s/s till lvl 60 but after Ive noticed that my mag attack is so weak on mobs,so I went spear to get double the hit !!! BUT just tell me IUO do you think that I messed up with my character,I mean I can go delete it right now OR do I still have a chance to enhance it more ??!! Thnx in advance for any possible help !!!

60 points of STR gives a naked mag balance of about 80% at level 80. With that kind of balance, I'd go spear. For a sword nuker you'd not do enough damage IMHO.

Like the guy above me said, with that much str, s/s will have pretty weak nukes. However, you will live much longer and your kds will be more effective. Spear is probably your best choice though imo with that much str added.

ok now you say that I should be on spear coz I lack of mag attack but yoy mentioned that the purpose of making a hybrid build is to survive multiple players attacking me at the same time so DO YOU THINK I would survive without a shield ?? I mean did I ruin the main cause of a hybrid build ?? Need more info on my build plzzz & thnx for your reply

I think between snow shield and your HP passive from Heuksal, you shouldn't be in too much trouble there. Just make sure to use your stun spear attacks, and get that chain that gives the dull effect.

everyone should go Cubeway max cold light and bicheon and fire 30 for immunity.

if you wanna go 90 fire/90light/90bich/30 cold oyu betetr go heavy hybrid like 1/2 or something so you wont dies too fat since no snow shield and you'll take advantage of phys bonus form fire with your str lvl.

but you'll some kind of weird bicheon build you,ll higher than a blader but lower than a int but you'll crit harder than int but lower than blader.

To be quite honest: that's hard to tell. If I'm not mistaken I fought a couple of pvp battles against a build similar to this a few days ago. We were pretty well matched.

There is no right or wrong; only opinion. In my opinion, with your invested STR score: go spear, and wear armor or protector. For your masteries the opinions will differ here. For the 90 cap, I would go for: 90 lightning 90 heuksal 60 cold 60 fire. Well,I guess you made out your point clearly and yeah I guess you are right about the masteries its up to personal like & dislike but just wanted your opinions guys,anyway my last question here,do you think that build of mine would take multiple damage from more than 2 players at the same time ??? wanted to know something else plz,now you said that I should wear Armor,but do you think that armor is the best solution for my defense or protector or garment ?? coz I talked to some one in my server & when I asked him that quesiton he told me "it depends...." and he went offline so wanted to know what did he mean by "It depends ???!!!!" hope you answer me shortly & thnx once again in advance

If 2 level 80s are not well farmed or don't have good equipment, then you can tank them for quite a while. If they are well farmed with good equipment however, they will slowly chip away your health, and kill you, unless you keep them stunned (for spear) or knocked down (for sword).

For protection, I still prefer armor, though I am considering moving to protector for 9th degree equipment. So far I have seen no overview of how much damage you take from different builds based on different armor, so it's mostly a gut feeling that says that as an INT build I lack in physical protection, so wearing armor is a good idea.

Against monsters it's not much of an issue anyway. I've had no trouble grinding against mobs at any point in my leveling. Usually monsters are dead before they get to me, and I can tank 3-4 party generals at the same time. If I need to, there's always frost nova to keep them standing still for a while.

It's mostly against players that it comes in handy. They hit a lot harder than any mob you may encounter.

I already said armor, didn't I? I really don't want to keep repeating myself... With cold only at 60, without a shield's protection and block rate, I think you should go armor.
