Surprisingly, the % of problem posts of the higher post count members are significantly lower than the lower post members from what I've seen, and you all say the 2k~6k people spam.

Sure people have an impact, but who makes the final decisions? I know I'm a random member. Does it make me feel bad and go all emo? No. I'm not trying to flatter any mods. Certainly anyone who checks my posts could see that I never do that. Post may assign respect but it isnt always deserved. Cruor only has 950 posts or so but I'd say he has given more to General Discussion than any person I can think of. Just an example.
