Can the Euro's get SOSun items from Honor points for a Academy? Or is it only Chinese Suns?

My buddy has a acadmey and all he sees is China sos/som/sosun items.

actually only chinease can. however a euro can still be a guardian but he cant start a acadmy. (a chinease char has to promote a euro to guardian)

euros can stilll get teh academy buffs by being in the top 50, but no sox, they would be to powerfull

altho the honor weaps have repair defects, so theyd only be overpowered for a short time
