then again there is no 'best' build, it's how you play it and your gears. But a good int-heavy build would be the 7:1 int hybrid either s/s or spear...it gives you the 87% magical balance naked at level 80 (basically 69/70 levels of pure int, then 10/11 levels of pure str).

To answer your p.s, you cant change your charachter name.

Either go pure int sword and shield, or 1:7 int heavy spear, take a pick .
