how many astrals do u use?

so today i buy a lvl 72 2h sword in means of +7ing it and pimping it out.

i got 150 silk so i buy an immortal and 2 astrals.

i get the sword +3 a few times, fail, then finally get +4, used my astral.. fails.. used another astral and gets +6

feeling good i decide to go +7.. fail.

then i get it +4.. try to +5 and breaks the sword.

so i buy a new 1, get +4 , fail +5 then fail trying to +4 it again.. and again, and again.. then i finally got +5

any of your alchemy stories like this? wasting $15 and over 15m on elixers n shit

if so.. how many astrals and immortal pos' have u gone through?

I bought astral only once and it was by mistake wanted an immortal stone <_< and astral suck i dont use them rather buy immortal, 4 elixir doesnt worth 5$

+1, although I do add immortal on some things since I tend to have a high rate of destroying stuff on going things above +5. Ever since I had a bad experience with astrals I decided not to use them. However I've never made anything to +7 yet (couple of things i +6d including a crit 13 72 blade that i did today)

I used two immortals on my 72 spear last night. Got it +6 and lost my second immortal. I wasted about 5m on lucky powders and all my weapon elixirs I've had since lvl 1. It was an experience full of rage, however both of our stories pale in comparison to some peoples attempts at high +'s.

Astrals FTL. But I hate buying silk. The 10 bucks I spent on the immortals was already way too much for a silly spear imo.

Lv64 blade +5 without astrals or premium ticket:

I made it +4 wasting around 3m on elixer n lucky pow. Since I was bored of grinding nosense, I wanted the purple glow on it, so I said, wth.
The sequence was: Failed, +1, Failed, +1, Failed, +1,+2,+3,+4, Failed, +1,+2, Failed, +1,+2,+3,+4, Finally +5.

Made me happy. =) But I think I wasted all my "account" luck on it. Who knows... maybe I will never be able to make +5s again

At 70 cap on Troy I had a 64 glaive with 100% phy crit 11.

So .. I attempted to +5++ it. Was +4 ... used close to 10 astrals on it. All failed.

So I put one last elixirs on it without astral .. what do ya know it worked. Since then no astrals for me : > Of course then came MeYuChien but hey : >

I never use astrals. A long time ago I put one astral on my 72 sword cuz it was pissing me off....went straight to +7

well since this was my 1st attempt to try this, im never, EVER buying astral again, waste of money imo.
