If u make a mistake can u reskill?

Like topic says i made a mistake and added some points when i was a lil drunk. Woke up and noticed it was the wrong tree lol.
Point is where is the reskill npc and how much does it cost?

When you reach lvl 20 you can do a quest which allows you to delvl skills.
Go to the potions seller in each town to start it.

the higher the level of a certain skill in a force tree the more gold you'll have to pay to delevel it ... besides you need to collect the cursed hearts in the first place, best thing would be to use skill reallocation potions from item mall as they're also kinda cheap
