What is a better method to farm?

Leaving gap as you level?

So my example lv47 leaving a gap each lv till i reach lv56 for a 9 gap.

Or just leveling up quickly..then decrease the skill points to lv47 to have 9 gap?

imo, you should raise 1 mastery to keep the gap closed, but don't get any skills or raise any other masteries. So, you lvl fast and its not all that expensive
