Euro Vs Chinese Sp count

Just to let everyone know...
Euro receives 20% more sp exp than chinese characters. This isn't factored into the Sp calculators (because i just checked) so lvling from lvl 1 to 90 on a 0 gap:

Euro receives 277,381 sp points
Chinese receives 231,151 sp points

is it the difference in the exp a mob gives? or just require more exp to lv 90

well most euros wanna have 2 masteries at cap so....atm they need just like 900k sp for wizard/cleric
