Problem Logging into game EDIT hacked -_-

I am unable to log into the game i can log in at joymax.com but i am unable to log into the game or http://www.silkroadonline.net.

Everytime i try to log into the game it says i incorrect password even though it works at http://www.joymax.com

Ive changed my password several times now and tried again and have the same problem the password is correct as i can log into http://www.joymax.com with my new passwords but unable to log into the game.

Anyone else having this problem any advice would be appreciated.

maybe if its big and small letters or maybe u got caps on? else send a bug report

maybe joymax site has a different account, and you've been hacked and your password has been changed? or something..I dunno, send a bug report for now.

It started yesterday before inspection ive had the same ID and Password for months never needing to change it but out of the blue this happened hoped inspection would fix it but coming back from work today got the same problem.

Ive changed my password 4 times now same problem, ive sent about 6 bug reports and made a thread on the official forums with no replies yet.

I was hoping someone from here might have an answer.

If all fails seems like im out of sro and charge back is the only answer.

Change back the old password to joymax site, and Try to login with yours old password in the game also.

Ive been told form guild members that i have been hacked dont know how or why. The hacker stalled all my stuff and told my guild members that he can hack people when he can find out their IDs and if they use email verification.

2 years of work gone cant really say much.

lets just say my user id was very easy to guess and now my account is gone.

Yup, people were globalling last week:

GIVE ME ID OF LVL 80 SOSUN ACCOUNT AND I WILL HACK.

Guess there's a new glitch out. Guys don't change pw's anytime soon : (

I know a high level friend of mine whose account username is the same as his character name -.-

He's from Xian and he's dumb, next time use letters/numbers =P

Ive had this account for 2 years never expected to get into SRO seriously, never expected to be hacked or could be hacked.

Ive struggled to get to cap everytime stayed legit never visited any site which could put me in danger.

Im in BHA one of the last legit unions in xian ive never had any doubts that my account was safe this came so unexpetedly i dont really know what to say.

hmmm old trick i wonder if it still works after yesterdays update,

1) get account name
2) run brute force to guess password "since website don't have password incorrect lockout period" so its easy to run 1billion password matches per second
( assumes password is already known )
3) login on http://www.silkroadonline.net
4) change email address on account info
5) login on http://www.joymax.com
6) request for change password "email verification"
7) confirmation will be sent on new email address changed by the hacker

setting up new information of account =) ACCOUNT PWNT

i understand completely. that's why when i was hacked and restarted, i got to 60 pretty much entirely on my own.

we are all here for you Axe, and if we can help you to restore your char in some way we will do it. i remember very vividly how you guys came together to help me when i was hacked, and i will give anythin gi have that will help you.

I wanna pay homage to my glavie ive spent alot of money and time on this glavie got this the first day of 80 cap opening clean its not much to alot of people but im proud of it.

Are u sure u changed your password successfully? I mean there are 2 kinds of password. One is ingame, one is a website password. Try with the old one.
Password may not be larger than 12 letters.

I really hope that the hacker cannot hack only with id.... that would be incredible bad for the legits :shock:
