SP Farming Question

Ok, I have a question.

My current gap is lvl 9, is it OK to lvl my masteries by one lvl everytime I gain a level (Meaning, I still have a lvl 9 gap when I raise it up 1) and raise some of my needed skills? or is it bad and should I stop doing that.

I just need to know, whichever is best for farming, or if its perfectly fine.

yea u lvl all ur skills when u lvl up keeping ur 9 gap.

It's ok if they are not all 9 lvls behind but there is no point if 1 of them is 9 levels behind and the rest are 11 levels behind. You won't gain anything from it, might as well make yourself a tiny bit stronger.
