how can u use?

hey how can u use the 'M' thing bottom of the screen it is a box and u can put skills there but mine i don't know how i can 't use it i think "M" means mouse but i every time press it to attack a monster it doesn't use that skill for attacking

"M" means middle mouse button... the scroll one.
