not all hybrids suck.

1:7 would give you pretty low mag balance. id say 1:5 is better.

if you go 1:7 (this means 1 str for every 7 int right?), personnally i wouldn't even really call it a hybrid. 1:5 sounds better, but i would personally go 1:3 or 1:4

Go pure ..... because being pure will be much better in the long run .....

Joymax is suppose to force every chinese build to have 2 masteries or 1 main and 2 sub masteries. And you don't want to be stuck using only force masteries and having a 70-80% magical balance....

also .... going hybrid will be horrible for you if you choose to have cold ( for snow shield ) as one of your main masteries ...... because when snow shield goes to 60% mp absorbtion ... you will really hate that you went hybrid....

if you still want to go hybrid ... i suggest don't add any more then 24 str .... 24 str will give you around 1k extra hp and you will barely feel a decrease in power.......

Cause hybrid is a combination of both, thus being bisexual ^^

Either one thing is gay and one thing is straight.

Unless you were saying being gay is bad and being hybrid is bad with 50/50% hybrid being the worst. But that would be a pretty gay thing to say.

lol my bad. i meant to say 1:5 would be a bit low so go 1:7. but i think i lied. 1:5 would be high enough if you had max str/int on your gear. its all personal preference imo.

and as for this being hybrid = being gay bullshit, say what you want but i'll still kill you. that is all.

...blasphemy. what an ignorant statement. at 80, even with only being farmed to 71, i can tank sun glaivers, and i wear prot. i also do as much dmg as any non-sun glaiver on the server, farmed or not. blade can't kill me. bows need to double-crit, as do glaives. i 2-3 skill ints. i have over 13k HP ... as a NUKER. come to xian, borrow a char, pvp me. even if i do not win, you will see my point.

i am much more hybrid than what you are asking about though, maxmail1993. i am 2:1 (2 int 1 str every lvl). the more str you add, the lower your mag balance will ultimately be, but the mpre hp and phys def you will have. hybrid is really only worth it if you commit to it fully. 5:1, 7:1, not really worth it.

and Mr.Fudge, if you're gonna criticize a build, at least do it in a way that isn't immature.

All that hybrids depend on is their gear. Find me any Hybrid int that has the same +5 set as mine and let him pvp me.

I hate when ppl say that their PURE build is better. You just can't mess up your chinese char in this game. No matter how many int or str points you add. (Of course euro MUST be pure, since there's absolutely no point for them to be hybrids)
Well-made hybrid can extremely powerful.
