I've decided to make a spearman.Heuksal and Cold masteries.Nothing else.
I hope this build is not useless?Cold imbue,all defensive buffs,weak nuke.And Heuksal weapon skills.

light is a must have. dun leave home without it.

i would also say that light is a must.very well rounded and grasswalk can be so useful. im assuming u are making a int character so i would say that damage wise in later levels ice is really weak. the class that makes the best use out of it is blade due to the added defense of a shield. still, it would not be a bad choice in my opinion, but u should really consider getting an additional force as ice can sometimes be easily dealt with in pvp

unless u always have a bard and cleric at hand to buff u i cant see this build working sry

if you're planning to go (full/hybrid) INT with heuksal and cold as your main skilltrees i'd recommend you add lightning to at least a 68 mastery. while being int based and using the spear will ensure the highest possible damage output you're going to use the least powerfull imbue of all. that combined with the weakest nukes of all current skills you'll defenitely be in need of something extra, that being the magic increase buff that lightning provides.

if you're focussing on the 90 cap i'd suggest the following:

go FULL int, do NOT go hybrid
main 90 heuksal
main 90 cold
sub 68 lightning

cold status effect will provide frostbite and freezing, weapon skills with cold imbue will give you medium to high damage, lightning will provide you with some speed and an increase in your magical damage. and you would have to farm less as well while still packing a punch and having an enjoyable build
