Silkroad Windowed Mode

Post by DiabolicBow »

I'm pretty sure people know of this. Just in case.

If you press ESC or Click System button at the bottom right of your screen a window will pop up.

Now you click on the button "Option."

Then you click on the tab "Set Game."

Under Game Settings, you will see an unchecked option tell you "Switch to Windowed Mode."

Check that and you get a perfect window mode.

Again, sorry if this was posted before. It's for those who don't know. Just found out right now  .

I don't like to mess with those buttons. Besides, it doesn't come out like this. The other one is nasty looking. This one you can drag around. At least on my computer. I'll take a screenie later.

The "this is old" comment isn't really needed.

Anywho, someone should really look into your memory question. I'd do it, but I don't know how.

Anyways, this is how it looks:

Maybe using this option causes the game to crash less, because maybe it uses less memory. Windows D might do the same or make it crash more. Who knows. Only someone who knows how to check how much memory full screena dn windowed take up.
