what you think about snow shield using on pvp??

eu vs chinese ..snow shield is useful..of coz.eu too strong anyway..but snow shield chinese vs chinese..i dont see any sence...if sword shield hybrid int uses snow shield againts me..i cant take him for 2 min..so. if i buy item mall defence. he start calling me noob..so why is that? item mall scroll is build item as well? gives 20% better defence. 20%snow shield is same as item mall defence scroll..so where is the problem? as a str i cant use snow shield (wihtout x large mp) so i make pvp fair and buy item mal defence scrol..and after it, im noob forever..so get snow shield off. and pvp can be faster lol

well...of coz im telling my own opinion at all..and im archer..i have seen
since 65 i changed glavie to bow..that i hardly can fight againts int who using snow shield..becouse bow is only weapon that no have any cool skills like kd kb or stun unless reach level 73 and than get knock back..so..im actualy getting 73 right now. so after it i dont care if int being gay and uses snow shield on fair pvp ->

and the reason "why" i hate snow shield 1on1 pvp is...
... as an archer i only can stand and shoot..i cant kill ppls with 45% snow shield ..and spear nuke 8k and sword 6k-7k unless sosun sword 10k..so anyway->i cant tank nukes for 2 mins even my garment set is pretty good..lv72 str glavier or blader could tank 2min snow shield , becouse they stun and knock back..so their hp went back after every stun and knock..etc..but archer can have a chance at 73..knock abck with 5combo is really useful..and working for 90% . "my opinion"

well why in the world did u change to bow from glavie then? and by the way if u have phantom-walk u can run away(but it won't be useful with a nuker :wink:

) and u r saying that once u have kb and stun u it will be fair cause u will be able to beat them :roll:

yes i know..but i have been playing int char as well. so i can say, that i didnt use snow shield againts own level ppls. becouse i felt its quite unfair skill, becouse wihtout snow shield. i can see how strong reallly i am, even weak player can reach strong with snow shield 40% so i feel bad when ppls use it 1on1 <,<

It depends on who you are fighting...if you fighting someone overpowered then use it... Overpowered is a Sun Holder..or any Euro but..to use it each time someone attacks you is just lame,.

Test you're real strength? Right... It's part of the game. You farmed the sp and a lot of int switched to ice mainly for snow shield, and now you're saying they shouldn't use it because they keep beating you? :roll:

At 50% absorbtion, they only need to do 10k dmg at 1 time to take it off.... and if it's a euro, they would use other skills to take it off. Mana drought halfs your mp, the next shot will disable the mana shield. Warlocks will wheel bind you and do the same, and everyone else can just dish out 20k dmg in 1 hit to take it off if it's at 50%.

People hate it because they can't win if someone uses it? That's the point of a defense skill.

Well, i have my own thinking on this.
If u want a fair fight 1v1 on cape, do ask if snow shield is required, cos i remember the cooldown is fairly long, 2mins? almost there, hence, we should also make ourself fight without snow shield (practice) , to judge the real ability without snow shield, act as if it is under cooldown during a war or smthing.
Anyway, its always good to ask ur oponent whether snow shield is required , both parties, single party, or watsoever.

Snow shield novice lv 3+ironwall sheild lv 4...i got 12-80 dmg from generals and royal guards!!!

I will tell you who is the noob ..

- ppl who phantom to safe zone when snow shield run out and stay that 60 sec to fight again with it are noobs enough

- clerics who stay in safe zone for more than 2 minutes to not fight without bless spell is big noob ..

- warriors who wait till iron skin re-load to not fight without it are also big noobs ..

- warlocks who don't fight with no "reflect" , 1 handed who not fight with a that skill work as "reflect" also ...

- All ppl who don't wait you to recover/re-buff after theese protective 5 sec ..

- All high lvl ppl who love to kill low lvls ppl ..

- All ppl who interfare in other ppl PVP ..

- All noob wizards who love to find crowded area with ppl pvping each others to use their AOE skills ..

- All ppl who was high lvls with high lvl mastery and then get delvl character with the same mastery on and think that's fair to pvp lvl 30 ppl with mastery 60 even if his character lvl is 30

That's all is too bad enough in 1 VS 1 PVP .. snow shield is a skill , but all this shit is noobish

Actually, since wizards and rogues are too strong, they can't use their more powerful skills, cuz that's just nooby.

Glaviers should fight without a weapon, and bladers/ s/s without a shield. Bowers should not use any skills at all.

Warriors can't wear any protective armor, or use any self defense buffs....and clerics cannot self heal cuz that's pure noobness.

Warlocks...no debuffs, no stun...just NO!

Skills are skills, having a skill shows off a build...the only problem right now is that those 300 mastery points should never have appeared in the beginning since now everybody has virtually the same build.

Eh, I was just saying pure ints don't really need to use it 100% of the time in pvp or jobbing...I was only agreeing that it's best used against tougher opponents and when being teamed. If you have perfect or near perfect alched gear and heuk. passive maxed, you don't need it 100% of the time.

I think it depends, I dont mind getting owned in pvp makes me work harder about maxing out skills and what not kind of a driving force. But I do have it set to my quick slot "space bar" so if someone attacks me and has it on I will turn mine on other wise no. And also like someone said if u are compeltely un equal either by lvl or items then I will also use it to even up the field but not so much that I think I am better then them, only to give them a better fight. I have only had 1 sosun max weapon and it was boring to cape fight. So even when I did have a sun I hardly used it in cape.

But job wars and guild wars, I always use it.

ok..i have hit lv74 now..noone my own level kill me unless they have sosun weapon.. if int put snow shield on..they just feel free to waste my pots for 2min. and then i kill them.
