Pure int Dual Weapon. S/S & Spear Farming

OK now I finally made my new character and he is currently lvl 34 and he has all masteries stoped at lvl 34 ice light hesukeal and bicheon.
if you didnt catch on already im a Pure int Dual Weapon. S/S & Spear
my masteries will look like this 80 light 80 hesukeal 80 bicheon 60 ice
it will require tons of Sp and this is my plan on sp farming him.
I have a main 6x bow and he can kill penon party mobs fast
so if i power level my dual there it would be good and then that mean he should be 11 lvls lower then the the penons (54) so i will sp my guy when he gets to 43 but by then i want him tohave a 9 gap already so i will stop all masteries at 34 for a while and farm him about 500k at least.
Think this will work i know im already planing for lvl 90 caps calm down dont need flames as coments just comment positive and let me knwo

I was debating if I should go int hybrid s/s or maybe try that int hybrid dual weapon. As much as I love the bicheon skills I still have a thing for those heskual ones

Switching back and forth would be a hard thing to do though.

Any opinions on which build will be better at the 90 cap?

He's no longer dual wep, and I doubt anyone else will be at 90 cap. I highly advise against this build, as your gonna regret having to do all the de-lvling..

all these descions....Im getting second thoughts i might just make a 7:1 int hybrid spear then....oh well thanks for making me dissapointed
