you know why we have to put our race on application forms for jobs? If you say you are white british and someone with similar skills is anything else then they are more likley to get the job. This is because if they dont they will go ape shit and start saying they are being discriminated against and then the company gets a bad name. If a british person trys to say they are being discriminated against we get called racist for comparing ourselves to the other races or some shit like that

I have spent a good part of my life in England, and I can say that my experience there differ (concerning racism, and me being cute asian looking) depending on where I was at the time, and what I was doing.
