Well, I'm assuming you're not a U.S. citizen, cuz rather than make me laugh, he embarrasses me quite frankly. Being a citizen of the U.S., it is really terrible to see our head of state make such a fool of himself, of our country, and of the entire global political system. He should and his henchmen (Cheney, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, Rice, Card, etc.) should all be brought up on war crimes but the ICC.

What? ive never heard it said like that, and it just dosnt sound right. Twat basically means the same as cunt, in 2 ways. Both are words for a females "private area" or a very bad insult that even some people who swear alot dont like. I thought it was pretty common.

Ive also heard it used in place of the words "hit" or "smack"
