i dont think that 12 points matter that much at that lvl, it also depends on what weapon you use and your magical balance (when you take all your gear off).
Ok im using spear and i think my balance naked is like 84% or something around there and my physical is like 55-65 or something i have to check when i get home.. but right now with all my gears on my mp is 10199 and my hp is 5300..so phh990 what should i add the rest of my points from 67-80 into?

You would still be short 12 levels of int since a pure int can add that also. But there's nothing wrong with hybrid int spear. Imo hybrid int>pure int for spear.
It depends. And you don't have to pick an exact number to add, just choose a mag percent you want to maintain and after every level add str/int to keep that percentage. Make sure you're naked though. You can also use this http://bobtheveg.dyndns.org/SRO/Char_Build_Applet/ to keep track if you want.
There are some guides for hybrid int but it's usually just personally preference. Add more str if you want to survive better, more int if you want to deal more damage. If it was me, I would just keep the 85% going. Just remember in pvp you'll need to use heuksal skills since your nukes won't be that damaging.
Dude you know what Hyrbid build you were going to make before you made it I hope because its too late to do a plan B your acct will be messed up.
