its nice and simple, the focal (the anime chick) is too bright, thats all

well read tuts and try them, eventually you will figure it out'

my main problem. the outer glow!!! outer glow is great as long as it isnt that default yellow-white ish glow, lol >.<

but otehr than thats its nice, you either got some brushes or did some good work with the pen tool'

it takes time to be good, you will get there
