Question about elemental skills

hi

if i were to press right click on an elemental ksill like AOE damage for fire or lightning, does it

1)fire just one arrow? or

2) does it mean for a set duration after right-clicking that all my arrows will have the elemental damage? if (2), how long is the duration.

do all elemental AOE skills work the same way?.....
i read that lightning AOE from "thunderforce" is not so good.. is this the same AOE as Lion SHout..?

its 1 shot, and if your looking for duration, your can imbue your weapon, its the first skill in your fire/light/ice tabs, and only lightning offers AOE for imbue,,,lasts 5 seconds but you can cast it again right after.

so the physical skills are one shot

and the elemental skills are imbue 5 seconds ?
