im making a web site can someone remove the background form this image i want to make it my site banner

he isnt the photoshop master but he made my sig for example

it might take 1 week or so though :o :p

did you want it rendered? i made some renders before, but there was so much controversy over me calling them "my renders" (go to http://www.gamerenders.com you freaks and find out what a render is)

That's not a real render is. That's 3dfx lingo spilled onto "sig-of-the-week" forums.

lol i need photoshop all i need its the back ground removing so i can then modify it myself in paint and sefic draw plus

I'm working on it atm, but I dunno if it'll come out good lol, I'm melting away in this stupid room and I'm very easily irritated today.

EDIT: If I don't melt away, it's done in an hour or so.. Maybe even faster

I got rid of the background

hope u like. ( might need a lil touch up on some of the edges but overall I think I did good.

Oh.. Okay then..
Mine took so long because I'm making sure it doesn't have the ugly pixel edges which look horrible on a darker background of your site.

To get rid of those ugly 1 pixel lines:

Simply add a 1 pixel "inside" stroke, dark gray or black, and turn down the opacity on it until it looks best.

Here's mine. Even if you change your mind and use a black background (makes every annoying pixel visible) it looks neat. I fixed every edge, between the icy feathers aswell.
Just lemme know if you used it. I still got the .psd file if you need it.

k u can see jagged edges right? this works most of the time, when u got some garbage pixels around, go to layer, matting, defringe and enter a value of 1-5. it wil usually remove the pixels around.

Thats why i always keep a PSD or screencap every once in a while with sections of a backdrop intact. that way, they cant say you stole it.

try and out do it but if you want to help il put soem more images here i dont hae photoshop and paint just dont do the job
