What keeps you up so late?

What keeps you from going to bed at the proper hour. Ideal bedtime is like 11:00 if you wake up at 7 but i stay up till at least 1-2am. Normally im just surfing the interweb going from forum t forum or i download a movie. I drink tea but lets not blame that. So...why do you stay up late....

I just can't go to sleep until around 2-3. Just a habit. It might be all that coffee and monster energy drinks i have.

my ideal time is 10:30

but I procrastinate so much so I'm doing my homework at like 12:00

also the pressure of being taller

I read that you grow when you sleep, so basically you grow more when you sleep more. Dunno if that is true but it keeps getting to me

Well hum.. I havn't been to bed before 4 am for over a year and a half now >.> literally. And most of the time its even way past 6 before I head to bed.

Games, internet, movies, music,.. everything fun keeps me awake, I :love:

i get to sleep at 3 a.m., wake up at 6:30 a.m., get some sleep in my classes, get picked up and sleep at my dads house for an hour or 2, go home and repeast

then on fridays i catch up on all my sleep after school

stumble is a firefox add on, you make an account, put in your preferences, and stumble!

I normally stay up till 3am, wake up at 5am. Maybe collapse in the afternoon if I'm bored. Sometimes I just dont sleep. I'm trying to get at least 3hours a day of sleep. Why do I do this, I dont know. Theres always something that keeps me busy, keeps my mind preoccupied, work to do, people to chat to, problems that need to be solved I guess.
