euro at 90 cap question

i heard that euro chars at 90 cap, their pot delay will go to 5 seconds and not the original 14-15 seconds is this true?

....if it does, that combined with recovery division and vigors might end up giving you almost instant delay. No one from kSRO has said anything about the delay getting even shorter (it was 30 secs until we got euro in kSRO), so I doubt that myth is true.

Guys, in Ksro I believe the pot delay is greater then Isro. Unless they mess up the code, which has happened in the past, euro will always keep its current pot delay. Euro is about party, drawing on the strenght of others to cover ones own weakness. I am wondering what wonders the third race will provide, now that is something to think about.

a 5 or 6 second pot delay (which is the usual cooldown timer on most skills) would be awsome imo! playing an euro char shouldnt only be about party leveling but they would have to be able to solo a bit as well, they can hardly fight multiple aggro mobs at the same time and i wont mention a 1v1 with a random giant...

i can hardly find decent euro share parties at lvl24, so for now im doing the best to solo my way through to the ice as most euro's be grinding there. but 15 sec pot delay on an int char trying to solo his way to a respectable level where more euro chars are grinding together is rough!

so isro / joymax just do it

well, they HAVE to keep the pot delay, or else pure clerics wont have a roll amymore...
that was the main reason behind the pot delay

thats the balance of the game, Euro are way too strong, so something has to be compensated
