That's more of an opinion, not facts. If I lose experience, it puts me behind. And to make matters worse, I'm on the ground most of the time. While the powerleveler continues to kill monsters that give him 5 or 1 experience points, throwing away pots, durability, and time.

What did the botter do for several hours? Completely nothing.

Ever heard of the saying: "after continuously hitting the largest oak in the forest, it finally fell."

Overtime, that botter will become sick and tire of it what is happening. And I'll be waiting for that last event to happen.

Funny... You can really see who stands where on the bot issue in this thread.

Kill them, drag mobs on them, scam them, rob them, hunt them whatever. Botters have no rights in game. Whatever someone does to them is OK in my book cause they arent people, they are programs.

I just find it kind of funny how people will power level others for "pot money". I get along just fine grinding myself. When I'm done grinding, I have picked up plenty of gold to get more pots for my next session. I also pick up all alchemy drops and equipment.

I destroy the junk equipment and rhondo the alchemy items to make elements and sell those for even more gold. It's working just fine for me and I've always had enough gold to afford all my pots in addition to getting a decent SOS blade at every degree through 7D so far... some degrees I even got an SOS shield, with gold to spare.

Perhaps you'll get a little more gold power leveling, I don't know, but you lose a lot of grinding time for yourself by spending hours getting 1-5 exp per kill for hours.

i dont agree to the term powerlevel for POT money... if people pay for bot i dont believe they dont pay for gold.... and by the way if you speak of time... they got nothing to lose they are maybe sleeping, so it wont harm them anyway, they have lots of gold to pay durability and pots and they dont need time since they dont stay on there computers imo the only thing DID happen in the past that flooded bot forums with complaints "which bug really hit botters badly" is the nuke cancel technique... i remember running on caves with Lemon on the lead making people afk in cave red old times

All the things through the evolution of SRO that has helped defeat botting by the legit players themselves (no help from JM) are all worth it if only for the pure enjoyment it has giving the person. I play SRO and always have for the pure enjoyment. Sounds like this is pure enjoyment for Zing = that's why he plays so = good times for him.

No there are still a lot of legits (SD union - on Pacific and all guilds within) that find being powerleveled by a bot absolutely unacceptable and grounds for banishment from the the guild/union.

But you have to understand that when people are getting powerbotted by botters you notice that it wouldn't take them long to go do it again to them they don't care. You loose more yourself then what they would loose because they don't do anything but sit there and get powerleveled again.

Friends have also tryed killing power levelers even in the cave 5 seconds later they are right back there. XD Darn revive scrolls and reverse return scrolls.

believe me they care about coming back and seeing how much botcredits and or gold they wasted or even silk.
its even funnier that people who have the "i dont care attitude" post on these kind of topics.
he is wasting his time by killing them and having fun while doing it, some of those who are being power leveled might not care but some will and by changing certain situations the topic starter is actually DOING SOMETHING instead of jumping off the cliff when everyone else does it.

Every time I see people sitting on their horses being power leveled by some high level, I don't even consider if the power leveler is legit or a bot. I'm just so tempted to KD the low levels off their horses and let them run for their lives. If they want to gain exp, they should at least TRY to work for it, not just sit around collecting exp that everyone else has to work to earn.

I've heard so many people complain about the "grind fest" that is SRO, so they power level and/or bot... then when they hit cap in a few months, they complain that there's nothing to do. You can only smack around so many low levels when you're capped before it becomes old right?

So then everyone complains and begs for a cap raise. For what? To power level/bot race to the new cap? Then complain and ask for another cap raise?

I agree with the above posters. It's pathetic when people try to justify being power leveled by a bot. At least when a legit power levels you, someone is working for the exp... but it's still sad/annoying to see people just sit on 5 horses tracing someone all over the ice while they KS all the mobs I'm trying to grind on.

botting plvlers can reach 1-40 in under a day(I think even non-botters, if they play like..alot), you killing them once won't really make a dint. but hey, whatever floats your boat

Powerleveling IS PART OF SRO SO DEAL WITH IT.

Botting is illegal, powerleveling is not.

So...go kill the ones using an ILLEGAL PROGRAM not the ones trying to help SRO players
