I never said it was a theory, its simple probability. Not many people find sun at all, some people don't even find sos. The probability of finding sun again is a lot lower than the chance of finding it once. Hence, he probably wont find it again.

All i can say is i was lucky that second...Im not usually lucky in games that drop special items like sos or som etc... So i was just really happy plus for lvl 1 its stronger than my armor im using now :D

The probability of anyone finding sox is the same before, and after, they find one. Finding one early on, in fact, would point in the direction of a lucky account, rather than an unlucky occurance, as individual characters, much like individual items, do in fact have their own luck rates.

Now, this doesn't mean your time playing SRO will be full of SoX, but at least you have a better chance of your account being a lucky one.

How do you get lvl 1 sun drops from lvl 17-18mobs? 0.o

Your example is very black-and-white. There are many more variables at play here than a 50/50 chance would assume. Let me break it down for you, though, since you don't understand.

Using your example:

Probability of flipping a coin and getting heads: 50%
Probability of the next coin getting heads: 50%

And so on, and so on. The fact that it's in a row is irrelevant, you're thinking of something else. The probability of heads or tails on a coin is only the same as the probability of finding X drops in the sense that they are both measured by probability.

Perhaps you are confused with the chances of getting 1 sun after another, I don't know what your problem is exactly, but you should take a step back and think on it.
