My friend has both, he never plays the ps3 because he only has 1 crappy game for it. He bought the ps3 for the sole purpose of getting mgs4. Thats the only good thing going for it at the moment.

Socoms a TPS, that was Ps2 most played online game. LBP will own because it's never gonna get old since everything will be new. The Uder content I don't think 360 will get due to Microsoft not letting them. As for the maps if you guys get it, it will be as D/l content. I rather have Dedicated servers then P2P servers. Steam> xbox live. What good games did 360 have in it's first year? halo came 2nd year same with Geow, Oblivion is first year but it's out on PS3 in the first year. Assassins creed will be on PS3 also. Warhawk and Rfom is a nice game, Rac:tod is good, Uncharted will be. Haze should be a nice online game. Also wiht the new Ps3 it cost just as cheap as you would pay for 360 with live for 2 years.

so if you can get alot of those PS3 games on the Xbox 360 with no noticeable changes why not just buy a 360 with 2 years of live.....Any game that gets multiplatformed for the PS3 and the Xbox 360 will not have major graphic differences between them. The reason being it would take to much work for the developers. So Unless your buying the PS3 specifically for its exclusive titles (which are dropping like flies) then there is NO reason to buy the system. Steam has nothing to do with PS3 its for PC and the 360 servers are Dedicated thats why you pay to play it beats the helll out of anything Sony is offering. If you look at the amount of ppl who use Sonys FREE server compared to Microsoft P2P server you'll find that more ppl play Xbox Live even if it cost money. BTW Rainbow Six beats Socom in sales and reviews.....

Considering halo 2 had universal servers, and was really the only good game besides kotor, or ng:black, which neither were online no really it had more people. Btw the game is GTA4 and don't pull the multi plat shit because everyone knows if even it was on ps3 or 360 it still would beat Halo 3. Also you can add Gow 3 to the list for 08-09.

To start off, im going to remind you ALL, that the 360 has been out for longer than the ps3 by like 1.5-2yrs, thats why they are leading in games, THEY HAD MORE TIME TO DEVELOP, the PS3 came out what? November the 9th? Thats not even 1 full year, thats why it has little games now, but the fact of the matter is well in you opinion, the 360 is better, in your opinion, well the failure rate of the 360 is a smashing 1/3 THATS 33.33 PERCENT!! Thats almost like saying sooner or later, your 360 will DIE, and again I will state out, the Ps3 has the lowest failure rate in ALL consoles ever made whats the percentage you ask?? >1%.

Well you might say? well so what the Discs are so delicate, the blue ray 50gb, they'll scratch and eventually not work... WRONG, unlike all other consoles, the disc dosent spin, its the reader itself that spins! So PS3 can NEVER scratch a disc, EVER. What the graphics are NOT better, simply because the games have had more times to develop, plus thats not true, have you compared oblivion ps3 to oblivion on the 360? , major differences. Anyways, what I do like about the 360 is the multimedia, and what completely degrades the respect I have of theyre multimedia skills, is the monthly fee, and eventually, Ps3 will patch up theyre multimedia flaws and it will go above and beyond the 360, plus, theyre getting playstation home, REALLY soon, thats a free, second life right there, its actually developed from the people made the game SECOND LIFE, and you play a game your friend has, but you dont have through playstation home FREE, no charges, no monthly fees nothing...

There were actual tests if they can see how long ps3 can last without overheating, they had three tests...

It stayed at room temperature, playing nonstop 3weeks, passed.
It stayed in a freezer, on for 3weeks, no problems, passed.
It stayed in a sauna, 3weeks, the TV melted, ps3 no problems. A+

If your too impatient to wait until the game developers make the games on the ps3, you shouldnt have an opinion.

Also the development card doesn't work for Sony since ALL its big titles have been in development for well over 3 years now. And yeah some 360's have an over heating problem, alot of them do, thats why if something happens you can call up Microsoft and get a new one no hassle, the same cannot be said for the PS3 whose launch was filled with over heating and system errors and there were no returns you definitely need to recheck that statistic your spouting off cause its not true at all im pretty sure the console with the least amount of problems was the N64 or the GameCube. You do realize that the only reason Sony is offering its terrible online services free of charge is that they realized if they made ppl pay $60 a year for it they wouldn't do it....

Im so glad im not one of the idiots who blew all that money on the PS3 at launch and are still waiting for eventually to kick in. Plz tell me what wonderfully amazing game your playing on your PS3 right now that made it worth its price tag.....a tough request isn't it

So unless your have tons of patience and don't mind waiting for your over priced game to come out 5 years after the start of the system while you struggle to play it online then get a PS3. If you like good games now, tomorrow, and pretty much in a steady stream, enjoy fantastic online services and don't mind not having UBER AMAZING graphics that you can't see without an UBER AMAZING HD TV get a 360....


right now 360 kills PS3 but maybe hopefully possibly sometime in the near futureish PS3 will finally kill 360

You do know that the PS, and PS2 had started out the same way. As I said warhawk, Rac:tod is a nice game, same with rfom, uncharted is coming out soon, heavenly sword. What other then Geow(didn't even really come out the first year) did you play that wasn't a multiplat game in it's first year?
