Well For this Question im thinking 80 Cap AND 90 Cap.
im making a hybrid Nuker s/s.
My builds Gonna either be
80 light 80 cold 80 sword 60 fire. | | 90 light 90 Cold 90 Sword 30 Fire.
OR
80 Fire 80 cold 72 Light 68 sword. | | 90 Fire 90 cold 82 light 38 sword.
| | 90 Fire 90 Cold 90 Light 30 sword.
Cold is a must for me since the new Snow shield.
Fire is Strong and Good Buffs.
Light is Speed, Nuke and Buffs.
Sword for Blow and KD.
or
Spear for a few Hp.

fire is uselss at lvl 30...
get heuksal for the HP passive instead
at lvl 90 300 hp from passive would be useless, get the fire one for the magic def, physiacl att, and ice immuninty

+1 ... more logical.
If you read the details of every force/skill tree, it says that every lvl adds 1% more damage when using that force/skill.
So i advice you go:
90 light for nukes and buffs
90 bicheon because every lvl improves your magical and physical attacks when you equippe your sword. Note: you can test using a same lvl sword and nuke some mobs then switch to spear and because you have hekusal = 0 lvl you will have more damage with your sword.
90 cold because this new skill snow shield, at high lvls 50% damage taken by MP its similar to have double life, and the physical defense buffs, maybe frost nova when you will be mobbed but not always happens because like nuker you kill every mob around you, but is nice against not inmune players in PvP ^^
The other 30 sp you can invest it to use fire shield to reduce abnormal status effect to be inmune to frost/freeze status basically (obvious you will need some alchemy to be 100% inmune)
I know that fire has the strongest imbue and nukes, but like nuker you has a lot of powerful attacks with light and with cold you reduce the nukers lacks: ridiculous amount of HP.
But if you dont like PvP i advice you go spear+fire+light because hekusal+spear has the strongest magical attack.
Any way i prefer to live over +500 ~ +800 damage hit.
