Most PK2 Editing tutorials I've seen on the board are simply about changing items, skills, etc. from what the game already has. I want to know if you can extract certain files that you can edit, then inject back, such as the Gold Dragon Flag.
Is there any possible way to do this?

What you mean like changing GDF into Halloween suit or such?
Ifso .. I could eventually make a Lazy Man's tut on that I guess.
