running vista...get a 14001 error code..anyone else having this problem?

I dont think reinstalling would help :(. Just wait for a fix <.<

error 14001: The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log for more detail.


Via MSDN. It is a programming issue.

thats what i thought..was able to patch successfully, but not able to launch

still..if anyone actually reinstalled and is able to play, pls share :)

I cant even download the game to try and patch it cuz cant view the site...

reinstalling wont help as i already did that...i save a copy or the srosetup.exe just incase i ever need to reinstall....reinstalled updated and same error...vista got owned =(
