Which build fits me best?

Post by Rac00n »

Hi srf-community :D

I have been switching builds ever since I've started SRO, and still I'm not sure about what char to choose. Maybe you guys can be a source of experience, and try to define which build would fit me well...

I would like a char that does not die in 1-hit, neither in grinding of PVP. I would really like to be a hunter, and thus, not bad at pvp. Both chinese and euro chars are fine, but probably euro ints would not apply (die really easily, as far as I know). I don't give that much about grindingspeed, as well as sp required, because, if I were to start a char, I can put some extra time in it if necessary. Take in consideration that I will probably not make the 80 cap, as I haven't got much spare time.

Any comment (regarding the topic) would be greatly appreciated.
Thx in advance

Guess Warrior would be perfect for you and here is why:
1.You said you dont have much time ... they dont need farm alot of sp
to be fully farmed (around 200k)
2.They are great tanks
3.They are good in PvP

For chinese i should go Hybrid Spear at 87% magbalance naked or pure str glavie. With snow shield and bloody fan storm you could take some big magical dmg without to die and kill that enemy or run away. With the right gear you could be whatever build you like! :)

pure str glaive is really the easiest to handle for many, from the noobs to the experts.

I think this pretty much brings it down to hybrid spear, 2h sword and 1h/warlock.(and maybe bow, though not very good till it gets those imba kb and stuns lol)
Hybrid spear is a lot of sp though, and isn't that versatile till lvl 40 I asume. Most guides say it needs to gather some hp first.
2h sword: worth a try, never played one. If I might sub it, I would probably go for cleric.
1h/warlock: unsure about this one. Seems like it needs to stack damage to win, and thus needs the 1h chains which really start at like... lvl 40 or 60, though I have never played it, so how am I supposed to know? :P

Secondly, I have a warlock/cleric, and I really like the skills, but I don't know how well it does at PVP, jobs and lvling...

Anyone else having something to add?

With kind regards,

for 1h warrior/warlock u get ur first chain double stab at lvl 20 and warlock u get ur first leech skill vampire touch at lvl 4 and first usefull debuff physical raze at lvl 12 so its not that far away actually. and 1h sword shield looks sexy. :D
