Cant move..

I need help my character wont move..It will load the menue where i put my username and password in kinda slow but when i get into the game i can go into every menue and when i press the left or write arrow keyes i turn in that direction, but when i press up or down i dont go any where..so can you figure this one out for me? :banghead:
