what's with wind 2?

they always say to make money in SRO, sell wind 2, why is it valuable,
i know its used in alchemy but particularly where, how?

bone soldier & Niya guard (71-73) gives you tons of wind 2 and wind 4(4 is needed for the d8 int stones.) so just keep the grindage!
