Quest Item - Bone-Made Bow Piece: what is the use if it?

I am wondering what is the use of the Bone-Made Bow Piece that dropped by the niya snipers? anyone knows it?

Nothing much. Joy Max screwed up with this quest. Just dont pick them or pick what ever your choose. Just npc it. You only need to hunt snipers... Thats all..
