Just to add some more details:

Bleed = lowers opponents phy and mag defense, at lvl8 effect for lightning chain, by about 15%. Also it gives absolute damage over time to the opponent, much like burn.

Division = lowers opponents phy and mag defense, at lvl8 effect for lightning chain, by about 20%.

Impotent = lowers opponents phy and mag damage, not sure by how much, but it is significant.

Bleed and division can stack, and the effects are additive, causing massive reduction of phy and mag defense.
