I was sick... so i didnt go to school for about 3 days :p... I just came back and I got a handout... and I have no clue about othe page cuz the text book is tooo confusing :p...and none of my peers are alive it appears >.>... and its being collected 2morroe and i'm supposed to do it >.<
If someone can explain to me what the CORIOLIS effect is... OMG I'LL LUV U 4 LIFEEEE

what grade are you in? I learned about the coriolis effect in 9th grade

basically its how the winds on earth are affected by the rotation of the earth

wikipedia's great for quick intros but sometimes they got really scientific definitions and it seems at wikipedia they talk about more than just winds

Oh, I remember that from watching the Simpsons.
Bart is arguing with his sister about which way the toilet will flush. He loses. His sister's like, "Only in the southern hemisphere will it go counter-clockwise!" (Or clockwise, I forgot).
And he's like, "NO YOU'RE WRONG."
And he calls this little kid in Australia, and ends up racking a huge bill for the kid.

Then they drag him over to Australia to prosecute him. :]
