Gold doesn't require real money (if you're earning it legitly of course) and it's not too hard to gain a healthy size wealth of it through various selling means so I'd say gold.

technically, buying silk makes you ingame poor, think about it, you buy GT/Premium, you lvl twice as fast, therefore getting half the drops=half the gold at the same lvl

buying gold you wont be able to connect to the server, since you probably wont have any premium cause you made the wrong choice and actually support the problem you hate the most aka trying to log in crowded server.

Gold ... You can buy excellent equipement , weapon, wolf and so on ... What good you have of silk ? Looks ? Will you be more powerful with Silk ? I would say no, but gold can make you powerful ... very powerful ...

Truth to be told , Silk will make you lvl faster but ... what would you prefer to lvl 2 months more and to be a BEAST or to lvl 2 months faster and be an AVERAGE xD
