Quick Response

Um...I was wondering if we could add a quick response box where you wouldnt have to press add reply but instead the layout would already have the reply box at the bottom..if its possible

He means having a text box at the bottom of the page with limited options so you can just start typing without having to go to a reply screen.

yea, i now understand what you mean, seen it on several other forums.

its the box all the way at the bottom of the site, with the layout with 2 boxes;
for the subject and the content of the post. i likes.
