Exp penalty joymax implented to prevent too much powerleveling.
If you powerlevel on mobs higher than 11 levels above your char you'll get the exp penalty

Good xp you're getting there...actually its not even worth risking your way to taklamakan lol.And yes, there's a penalty involved, so that you cannot be powerlevelled too fast...

It makes sense, that's why you see Lvl45's+ plvling instead of lvl 1's on a lvl 70 Plvler. Otherwise, everyone would do it?

It also depends on the level of who is powerleveling. You will get more exp from a lv 70 then 80. So it's a trade off...higher lv = faster kill or more exp per kill
