Glavie or Bow

Hey, im making a character and im not sure on which one to pick. I plan on being pure str and dont know if i should pick a bow or a glavie. Any suggestions? Thanks

Well everyone says bow so im leaning towards that :roll:

and for whichever one i enjoy more... i dont know ive only have a pure int before so im clueless on that

Well glavers are the most boring build, and i havent made a bow, but bows do seem like a good choice. So bow

but ive never tried a rogue either but havent heard much about them so i might just stick with bow unless xbow is much better

Pretty much the strongest STR build ever. Keep in mind the pot delay.....but besides that, pure sex.

i would said glavie.
bow sucks in pvp and pve nowadays.
devil arrow series 7 sec cooldown
new skill 7 sec cooldown
strong bow series 7 sec cooldown
only autumn , anti and combo has fast cooldown which is around 3 or 4 seconds.

so it sucks.
i dun no how long does jade breaking is but i know that soul spear series has strong attack and fast cooldown and itS GOOD.and ghost spear is around 7 seC?? im not sure about this but im sure chain is 7 sec.
glavie is better than bow nowadays. im sick of training with bows.
last time devil arrow has 3 or 4 sec and its good for training since its 350% and better than strong bow.
now strong bow slightly better but still sucks to me...

Bow ... go pure str or hybrid, it's up to you. Anyway plan your skilltree wisely.

i changed from glavie to bow 10 months ago and now i planning to change to blade

well..bow or glavie..both has good sides..if you was planing to become good in pvp..than go glavie 1->76..than u can go to bow as u want becouse 76+ bow can survive and kill ppls in pvp just there as a str glavier.

grinding faster with bow

noone can dispoint it

Most people agree than pure str and 70:70 are the best. As for me, I'm pure str. There are tons of threads about str vs 70:70 so it shouldn't be too hard to decide for yourself.

EDIT: Xbow is very similar damage wise to str bow, the only real difference is xbow gets a +75% dmg buff (costs them half their hp and defense), xbow gets a little more range, and chinese doesn't have 15s pot delay

I havnt been leveling my pure str glavie for long only level 18 now. But i disagree with the person who called it boring, i used to be a pure int nuker and i find building this more fun. But thats my opionion.

It depends what you want in the long run .. to be okay at pvp and level faster then glavie choose bow

To be exelent in pvp ( well better then a bow ) choose glavie the do more damage in the same amount of time ( counting the cooldowns, but this depends on what skills you choose for you glavie ) i hope this help you on choosing.

yea i also used to have a pure int still do but i dont go on him. For me it was also boring and personaly i think ill enjoy glavie more
