It will never happen, but I think it would be great if Joymax (if they were serious about enforcing their ToS) could sue Botsmall for everything they've got! And any other company like it.

Yeah we know botters are people too. Even though we don't respect them. This is however not the place for it. First off this is supposed to be a legitimate community. Even if there are a large number confirmed non-legit quietly lurking here. Those the site is for don't know and don't really care about their troubles carrying out their illegal activities. Those that lurk and do undoubtedly have related forums where you have probably already posted and they have already read. I don't really wish ill on them even if they have had a big hand in ruining this game. Life can suck and here's hoping they can get it sorted out and mend their ways while they are at it. However untill the day they turn over all their customers info to JM for propper banning etc I don't need any updates. K thx bye.

Question, is it possible to match 2 SRF accounts with the same IP? Because this guy just made an account to make that thread which means he has SOME reputation to protect.

Also, I don't think JoyMax can sue the company, or am I wrong?

Well it is a violation of the TOS. And these guys are making money at joymax's expense. Though joymax is to lazy to do anything about it. The TOS is a contract whether or not you read it you agreed to it. Though possibly they could argue that joymax has not handled their contractual duties with any form of competence and is neglegent and unelligible to sue perhaps. But you betta believe there are grounds to sue them. And this is perhaps the best way to deal with this type of people. Sue them get their client list and ban them all. Easier than IDing them 1 by 1 manually on server.

you are right, all of you "LEGIT" players on here I can guarantee you are botters. I have traveled through the servers and I have seen most of the players doing their robotic moves. I guarantee any of you lvl 80 players were not legit because it would take over 6 months to get from lvl 71 to 80 with 0 gap and a premium gold ticket and gold skill. I know I did it on Ksro.. Now explain to me if you are legit, how are some of you people on more than 20 hours per day. you say you only sleep for 4 hours and have no life? come on get a life people. the game is boring as hell and if you can't beat them, Join them.

What's so strange about a legit lvl80? And has it ever crossed your mind that some people think grinding is "fun"? I personally use it as a stress reliever.
Just because you say the game is boring as hell doesn't mean everyone thinks the same, if you think that, SRO is not the game for you.

man you are so wrong =/

i know a few people that im 100% sure have never botted and are lvl 80, it took them between 1-3 years so dont go talking bull that no lvl 80's are legit.
also now with the whole powerlevling stuff you can pretty fast be powerleveled up to lvl 60+ then handgrind the rest of the way.

What I dont understand is why you continue to leave a program to run your character around if you dont even like the game.
