Part of the abuse filter is a list of strings including GM names as well as "GM", "GM_", etc that cannot be used during character name creation. If you edit the list you can not only allow yourself to create chars with these GM-like names, you can also "fix" the annoying chat filtered words while you're at it.

Be warned it's a bad idea to create a character like this on your main acct.

*EDIT* Oh.... now I see the "not" at the end. haha
