Full str bow.(need some high lvl's opinion)

Hello everyone,
First of all im making a new character and im also waiting for the new server to open.lol. So im trying to build pure str bow but I heard bow gets weaker when high lvl. BUt i saw bows pawning in youtube. I read from other topics saying that bow is weak when you are lvl 80. And i read some topic sayin that bow can kill 2 lvl higher mobs(is it true)??So all im trying to build is pure str bow. Any suggestions comment?????Plz help!!!

Bow get stronger at level 80 thas when we get all the new skills,
Stunt,Know back light hawk mind bow.

have you seen the videos? how bad Archers own in pvp now?
i had a NPC bow +3 when i was lvl 68 and i was killing lvl 73 mobs
my 8dset is also from npc and my erring and ring are lvl 56.
anyone the told you bow suck he has to be one of the Bow hater's.

You have probably read stuff that was written before the euro update. Once the new skills came out at lvl 73 you get knockback and at higher lvl you get stun. Also the time duration of strongbow was reduced increasing the usefulness of that skill.

Basically you will have difficulty in pvp at lower levels because you wont have any disabling moves, ie knockdown stun knockback. Everyone else will have these.

Also since the update and the implementation of snow shield hybrid bow has become more mainstream.

Bow is a fun class, but at times can be frustrating.
Good luck with your decision and I wouldn't wait for a new server. Just play. Unless you plan to cheat you will watch all the cheaters pass you by.

yeah ... before the skills updates, bow disadvantaged in every sense. it gives a good fight now. but gotta wait till the higher levels for the knockback and stun effects. full str is a good choice.

I'm lvl 78 now on Hunters/Snipers and I'm always getting ksed by nukers. Every 3 in 5 people on this server are int and 4/5 people in the desert are int. So PvE lately has been really slow and so has the droprate. I see nukers on these things doing 20k whereas i do an average of 9k with a 72+0 bow and only 31 str/52 int on gear. I feel sorry for the glaviers..

some topic sayin that bow can kill 2 lvl higher mobs(is it true)???

i m a lvl 80 bow... unique fan ( 1st yarkan kill @ 76, ).. i got 18 yarkan kills in total before 80

some of you may not trust me.. but do as you wish.. i got no interest in lyng.. @ lvl 58 i was able to kill generals ( lvl 80 mobs).. so mobs 22 lvl higher.

If ya like hunting uniques and want to lvl prety fast chose hyb or pure str bow.

And @ lvl 80 BOW PWNZ
u got knockback , and stun

so chose as u want.. but i think str bow pwnz

well lots of people here are liar. they only tell u the good points but didnt tell u the bad points. full str is weaker than 70 70 bow.in pve 70 70 bow and in ppv 70 70 pwn.i fighted with a guy who is 60 and same as me i lost to him.skills are the same.he got mana shield and i cant own him.and frost.both of us using + 3 60 bow.

if u kill monster some monster that are 2 lvl higher than u needs 3 hits 70 70 needs 2 hits.which 1 u think its faster?

Bow is one of the strongest builds at lvl 80.if you see at pvp area,you see bows rape everyone.

Bow is weaker at lower lvls, it gets stronger at the high lvls, bow wont have knock back or stun untill lvl 73 and 76 unlike glaive which has them at early lvls

Yeah full str bow owns SO MUCH at high levels because for example I have anti bow steel and it increases crits 40 which means I'm getting a crit like almost every time I use that skill. Since I'm PURE STR it increases the dmg of my crits so the dmg I do is simply amazing.

LOL 2 levels? I have tanked with my char monsters about 5 levels higher ^^

lol u consider urself high lvl anti bow steel isnt crit 40.u r bluffing.u can tank monster 5 lvl than u ?i can do that too.and im saying how many skills to kill a monster and u saying tanking.changing to change the topic huh? if theres 5 or 8 can u tank ?they hit 1k each.bow steel dun do a lot of crit to me im using a 10 crit bow.

bow is strong in this cap but after this cap they sucks. new update for bow which is 90 cap they just gonna suck.only new skill like anti devil series and bloody soul series. bow sucks at 90 cap.
