New Section: Account giveaway

general discussion is getting overtaken by account giveaways. we need a new section.

Er... I don't think it's that flooded that we need a section especially dedicated to it. In fact, I only see one in total on the entire first page of General Discussion.

Just my two cents.

I'll throw a Jackson into that pot. Actually, make it two, the USD is getting killed in global market.
