I Need some help whit 2 things plz

1.i must know the best skills for a rouge and what sub i should use.
becasue i dont like this 15sec pot delay and i really want a rouge so bad..
So i must know the best skills and the best sub..i read somewhere that a cleric sub can have something called speedpots or something that can help a rouge tank alittle more...my char dies all the time and thats kinda boring so any help at all is very helpfull plz write to me about this..

2.iam gonna powerlevel my rogue whit my lvl 80 char so how many lvls higer can my rouge get powerlvl from? i dont think i can put it by snipers at lvl 23 and get exp when my lvl 80 boost it....so what is the gap between the lvls like my euro is lvl 23 can i put it on penons and get good exp on it??

Plz plz plz help me on this one becasue iam so bored of chines char and i think this maybe be last thing i do on sro

i have 700mil that iam gonna save for my rouge when its higher lvl but it never get there becasue i get so bored from it when it dies like 6time just to get to my grind place

well most people wouldnt help you powerlevel yourself, but you would get the most exp on stuff 9 possibly 10 lvls higher than you

2. = wrong.. When you are lvl 30.. Powerlvl should be on lvl 41 mobs..

The gap is 11 lvl's.. That gives the MOST xp/sp

IMO, xbow should go sub bard, dagger should go sub cleric because of melee.

Anyway go read guide first.
