Guild Emblem =)

Hey guys, i was wondering if somebody could make mema guild emblem

16x16 (obviously and i want it to fit all the ingame requirements

I want to look like lightning crashing to the ground, like a lightning bolt or it could be a toxic waste sign, u know, the circle with the 3 things coming out, if u need more info just let me know =)

i found a picture^^ can somebody crop it to 16x16 for me and change the file type to bit instead of gif, cuz i dont have paint or anything
