How do i register a guild emblem in the game?

ok, so i got a guild emblem picture^^ can anybody crop it down to 16x16 and change it from gif to bit or w/e?

You can resize and change the file type on MS paint.

Also the requirements for it are 16 x 16 24 bitmap, saved as guildmark.bmp and located in your silkroad folder. And if you don't know yet, you need to have a lvl 4 guild in order to use one.

i dont have MS paint, although i do have a lvl 4 guild =) thanx anyway tho..
