First, what's your server?
Second, that's a good price at least for wind lvl2, but, you should get more, like 1000 or 5000.
Third, My advice will be stall them, come after with real offers.

Well now i have more elements. And they are cheaper than ever so post here which ones you want. the only lvl 3 is wind. i have all lvl 1 and lvl 2. so look at the price at the top and please post here or PM me in game.
